What is fencing?

Fencing is the sport of knights and swashbucklers. We will teach you to move like a fencer, wield your sword, and compete with your classmates. You will also have an opportunity to represent your school against other schools at our end-of-semester tournament.

Your instructors are dedicated, certified coaches with a combined 50 years of experience.

What do I need?

• Shorts to the knee or pants
• Close-toed athletic shoes
• That’s it! We provide all fencing equipment.

All Annunciation Orthodox School students in 3rd through 8th grade

When do we meet?

5th-8th Grade:

Wednesday, 3:30 – 4:30 pm

Fall Session: September 7, 2022 – November 2, 2022
Winter Session: November 9, 2022 – February 15, 2023
Spring Session: February 22, 2023 – May 3, 2023

3rd-4th Grade:

Friday, 3:30 – 4:30 pm

Fall Session: September 10, 2022 – November 4, 2022
Winter Session: November 11, 2022 – February 10, 2023
Spring Session: February 24, 2023 – May 5, 2023
